Real estate has been part of my life for more than 30 years. I bought my first investment property in 1994 and quickly realized how transformative real estate can be—not just financially, but in the freedom and opportunities it creates. That belief has guided my journey ever since.
I grew up in the DFW area and graduated from Texas A&M with a Psychology degree before spending three decades in higher‑education publishing. Negotiation, relationship‑building, and leadership became my strengths as I advanced into sales management and Regional Director roles. Along the way, I bought, remodeled, and sold homes in Texas and Colorado, deepening my passion for residential real estate.
In 2016, I shifted my focus, became a certified mindfulness meditation instructor, and expanded into both short and long‑term rental investing. I earned my real estate license in 2022 and now help clients achieve their goals with a blend of market knowledge, investment insight, and genuine care.
Today, I manage Airbnb properties in the Lake Travis area and own multiple long‑term rentals in Austin. When I’m not working with clients or hosting guests, I’m likely outdoors—walking my two hound dogs, playing golf or Pickleball, boating on Lake Travis, or skiing, hiking, and adventuring in Colorado with the people I love.
